Paritz & Company has extensive experience representing debtors-in-possession and creditors in proceedings before the Bankruptcy Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey, as well as representing Creditor Committees in bankruptcy cases. We have performed numerous forensic examinations of debtors' books for Chapter 7 trustees which have resulted in recoveries relating to fraudulent conveyances and preferential payments. In addition, members of our Litigation Support Department have frequently testified as expert witnesses in matrimonial, business valuation and related cases.
